Terms And Conditions

Agreement

By submitting your property for advertising with OurHouseSale you are indicating acceptance of these terms and conditions.

You also confirm that:

Liability

OurHouseSale cannot accept liability for any inaccurate representation made by house sellers. All information is supplied by the owner or on behalf of the owner. Buyers are advised to verify any property details before making an offer to purchase and to seek professional advice.

Limit of Liability

The maximum liability for any loss arising due to our negligence will be limited to a sum equal to the value of the advertising fee received.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your payment for any reason we offer a full refund of the fee paid provided that you contact us within 24 hrs of the online payment order.

Consumer Protection Regulations set a "cooloing-off" period of 14 days for internet purchases. However this does not apply where the service commences with the customer's agreement. This would apply in this case where our online payment facilities are designed to activate your advertising automatically.

This does not affect your right to cancel your advertising within 24 hours for a refund if you change your mind (see above).

Interruption of Service

We make every effort to ensure that our website facilities are available 24/7. However, occasionally the site will require maintenance and will have to be taken 'off-line' without notice. We cannot accept any financial liability for any interruption in the service.

Complaints and Feedback

If you have any problems or complaints to make about our service, or have any suggestions as to how our service can be improved, please contact us.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

Safebuy Conditions

SafeBuy will act as mediators, at no charge to either party, in the event of a dispute between the retailer and consumer which cannot be resolved in a timely manner. SafeBuy will only act where the consumer can provide a transaction number and date. SafeBuy will be at liberty to provide copies to both parties of all documentation presented in connection with the dispute. SafeBuy is not entitled to impose a decision upon the parties but, as mediator, to attempt to facilitate a resolution of the dispute between the parties.

If this is not achieved within a reasonable time (45 days maximum) then SafeBuy will be entitled to withdraw from involvement as mediator.

None of the above processes affects the right of the consumer to take the matter to the Courts or any other complaints resolution body.
