Planning Authority Rules
Under local planning regulations only one board is allowed outside a property for sale. If you are already displaying an agency "For Sale" board you can choose to display ours instead.
Removal of Board
Please advise us when you have completed the sale and are moving house, or if you wish to withdraw your property from the market, in order that we can arrange to remove the board.
Conditional Supply of Boards
We use fully qualified and insured contractors to erect our boards. At present there are certain areas in the country not covered by our contractors. We are currently unable to supply boards in those areas.
If you request a "For Sale" board when making an online application and subseqently our contractor is unable to supply you, we will refund payment for "For Sale" board in full.
